Oak, caramel, a little nutty, vanilla, dried fruit and toffee, also a noticeable freshness. Initially quite mild on the palate, wood notes, dried fruit, caramel and some nutty nuances develop in the dry mid-palate. Velvety, showing its barrel maturation on the finish.
