Initially savoury and slightly bitter on the palate, a gentle sweetness leads into the powerful middle section, which scores with plenty of fruit, some spiciness, citrus freshness, slight bitterness and subtle floral notes. The finish is balanced, again slightly savoury, herbaceous-fruity and slightly sweet.
