Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is clearly marked by sweetish vanilla, pine needles and some juniper. Woody extract sweetness on the palate at first, followed by spicy-tart elements. Medium finish.
