Dark berries, herbs and some citrus dominate the aroma, with a well-balanced bitterness on the palate, accompanied by juicy notes of dark berries and herbal notes. Pleasantly fresh, citrus undertone in the mid-palate, dry, slightly acidic, fruity-tart, bitter finish. Best with tonic or soda.
