Spicy and slightly medicinal, the aroma rises from the glass, characterised by spices, sweetness and bitter herbs. Spicy and gently bitter on the palate. A balanced sweetness, spiciness and savoury tartness characterise the middle section. Balanced through to the bitter, slightly sweet, herbal finish.
