Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.03.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Sweet and ripe on the nose: preserved plums, some pears and a noble woody savouriness, almost reminiscent of cognac. The notes of marc are vivid, but in a mature stage. Everything seems very harmonious and balanced. Very soft and deep on the palate but in no way sweet. Again very savoury and noble. Very long finish with spicy and floral accents.
