Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Fine, pleasant and rather subtle nose. Orange, spices, only with time does the plum become predominant, with oak notes. Only slightly sweet on the palate with beautiful, roasted wood aromas, complemented by dried plum notes. Beautiful length with a salty impression on the finish.
