Unfiltered barrel sample: Fruity, citrusy and varietal yuzu, wonderfully ethereal, fresh and subtly tart on the nose. Dry, strong, fruity, citrusy and slightly oily on the palate. The fine tartness of the yuzu adds complexity. Aromatic through to the finish.
