Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Subtle on the nose, spicy notes of mustard seed and tarragon come through. Plump on the palate, the elderberry aroma rises more and more and forms a pleasant symbiosis with a well-judged sweetness.
