Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Aroma of bread pudding - sweet and cereal-scented notes, with hints of elderflower and lemon balm. On the palate, emphatically juicy and very round with a tartness in the middle. An extremely long finish with herbal character.
