An almost black cherry-color in the glass. A great mixture of chocolate cake and sour cherries pleases the nose. Sweet and tart notes right from the beginning, reminding of dried sour cherries. The aftertaste brings back the “lava cake”-impression and some cocoa powder. Guess what would be the perfect food pairing…!
