Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

A roundelay of cinnamon, biscuit, marzipan and prune gives a fine complexity to the nose. On the palate there is a balanced ratio of wood savouriness and gin aromas. Remains long on the aftertaste.
