Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Slightly fruity, with menthol spice on the nose. Good structure on the palate, with complex nuances. Some dry spiciness rises towards the finish and persists into the finish.
