Deep red, almost black colour. Opulent, berry-fruit notes and powerful wormwood on the complex nose. Finely balanced on the palate. Powerful, savoury and astringent in the mid-palate, with a tart fruitiness. The wormwood provides a harmonious bitterness right through to the tart, dry, fruity finish.
