Extremely fine, refined aroma with notes of grilled pineapple, berries, vanilla and brown sugar, with the peat aroma remaining elegantly in the background. Extremely round and fine on the palate with honey and cedar-wood notes, the peat is then more noticeable on the finish. Extremely complex, mature whisky from the Orkneys.
