Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

In addition to lemon, shortbread and candied orange zest, cookie notes are evident. Pleasant on the palate with a well-balanced acidity/sweetness ratio. The finish is slightly spicy and fresh.
