Very clear carrot aroma, sweet. Little juniper on the nose. Sweet on the palate again with beetroot notes, but nicely complemented here by herbal and juniper notes. Medium length with cool notes of lemon balm on the finish. An individual, savoury gin creation from the carrot canton of Aargau.
