Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller
On the nose, there are ripe, yet restrained, fruit characters. The palate is fruity again at first, with a marzipan character emerging on the finish which gives the brandy a great, firm depth.
