Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Sweet, somewhat burnt plum fruit, dried plum, also bitterness almond and nuances of lovely eastern blossom. Very sweet on the palate with intense notes of small plums. Beautiful length with a long, noticeable sweetness.
