Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Medium amber. Fine and quite elegant on the nose with notes of raisin, vanilla and tobacco, subtle honey-like molasses notes. Soft and medium-bodied on the palate with good length on savoury wood notes.
