Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Initially discreet on the nose, the complex notes need some air. Hazelnut leaves and young bananas are evident. The palate is expressive with chocolate cherries and ripe wood aromas. A note of white pepper remains on the aftertaste.
