Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is full of aromas of caramel and cocoa powder. On the palate it is full-bodied with deep lemon and ginger notes that linger on the finish. In addition, there is a well-judged but evident use of oak.
