Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Coffee-brown and with a potpourri of rose petals, yes, almost lychee, nut-chocolate and also muscovado sugar. A nutty impression on the palate too, with some honey and a very floral flavour that really "blossoms" on the finish - unmistakably Metaxa!
