Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

High Ester Rum with notes of overripe bananas, metallic undertones and dark chocolate. Challenging, multi-layered savouriness on the palate with increasingly dry accents. Nutty finish, long aftertaste. For Jamaican rums fans!
