Der Eminente Reserva Rum 7 YO kommt von der Isla del Cocodrilo. Ein außergewöhnlicher Genuss, der die Wiedergeburt des kubanischen Rums aus dem 19. Jahrhundert zelebriert. Entwickelt wurde der Rum vom jüngsten Maestro Ronero Kubas. Fässer aus weißem Eichenholz beheimateten den Rum für volle sieben Jahre. Die Kreation verbindet die Ästhetik eines traditionell leichten kubanischen Rums mit der Komplexität und Tiefe eines sehr alten Rums.

In addition to subtle nuances of caramel and dark fruit, such as some cherry confit, there are oak savoury notes on the nose. Soft on the palate with dark cocoa accents. Tightly woven finish with sweetness and savouriness.
