Colourless, transparent, clear. The bouquet is very fresh and salty, with notes of white flowers, fresh herbs and clear hints of lemon, candied lemon peel and grapefruit. Very intense on the palate, with a good balance between the initial sweetness and the alcoholic and savoury note on the finish.
