Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Light chestnut brown with orange tinges. Opens on the nose with light earthy nuances, forest floor, bergamot and liquorice, then sandalwood and spice. Hits the palate powerfully, shows up with tart spiciness, complex, fills the mouth completely, pithy in the back, fine bitterness pushes through on the finish.
