Eine Kombination aus 10 Zutaten, darunter 6 handverlesene Gewürze aus aller Welt.
Österreichisches Hochquellwasser ist eines der wichtigsten Elemente. Kombiniert mit Zucker aus Barbados erhält unser Falernum eine wunderbare Schokoladenfarbe und einen außergewöhnlichen malzigen Geschmack.
Die Reise geht weiter nach Indonesien, von wo wir unseren Ingwer beziehen.
Kombiniert mit Gewürznelken aus Mauritius ergibt sich ein kräftig-würziges Aroma.
Zimt aus Ägypten und Piment aus Jamaika, die königlichen Gewürze, verleihen dem Old Judge Falernum seinen optischen Reiz und Charakter.
Die Orchideengattung Vanille ist für ihr buttriges Aroma bekannt und verleiht unserem Gewürzlikör einen sanften und nachhaltigen Abgang.
Natürlich darf auch die Zitrusnote nicht fehlen, daher werden nur frische und hochwertige Limetten aus Brasilien verwendet.
Um fruchtige Aromen zu erhalten, verwenden wir einen seltenen Mandelextrakt, der die Rum-Aromen hervorhebt und das Ganze abrundet.

Full fruitiness of ripe exoticism is immediately surrounded by fine ginger and cinnamon. A hint of caramelised baked apple on the palate, with ginger once again taking centre stage. Fine fruitiness in the finish, beautiful ginger spiciness in the aftertaste.
