Spicy, fruity nose, slightly berryish and delicately tart. Initially fruity-bitter and soft on the palate. Notes of grapefruit, mandarin and a little cardamom unfold in the sweetish mid-palate. Bitter orange and slightly ethereal gentian are added. Tart, fruity, slightly berryish finish. Works perfectly with ice and soda!
