Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is fresh with a lime and eucalyptus note. On the palate, there is delicate wood that brings out a dry texture. Some pepper adds spiciness to the medium length finish.
