A light, discreet fruit is evident on the nose and appears fresh and a little dropsy. In the mouth, the ripe pear is more evident before the spicyness quickly takes over.

The fully ripe pear is very concentrated and incredibly fragrant. Delicate fruitiness on the palate, followed by some spice, which supports the dense, complex structure overall. Excellent balance in the finish.
