Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Citrus oils and some vegetal notes appear on the nose. Dill pickle on the palate and a hint of spiciness on the finish. Nice and fresh with tonic, the citrus notes are well interwoven with the tart notes.
