Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Dry peat and campfire aromas dominate the powerful nose. On the palate analogous to the smell, a certain sweetness follows towards the finish. The characterful smoked note lingers on the aftertaste.
