Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is reminiscent of maraschino cherries, accompanied by resinous components. Chocolatey fruitiness with little savouriness on the palate. A chilli-like spiciness is only added in the finish.
