Clearly reminiscent of American whiskey on the nose; vanilla, caramel, subtly smoky, with notes of sweet grain behind it and very intense oak notes on top, but all in all, well-balanced. Soft and quite light on the palate with more intense smokiness and oak notes. Finishes medium long.
