Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Strong exotic aroma, especially pineapple and banana pulp, plus cocoa granules. Subtle smoke is slightly behind it. The high alcohol is mouth-filling, the sweetness comes out well. The finish is reminiscent of Marc de Champagne praline.
