Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Dark amber in colour. Initial ethereal aromas, with notes of mint chocolate, chamomile and a hint of yellow fruit. Fresh and sweet on the palate at first, notes of melon and apricot appear, the tart wormwood flavours remain well balanced right through into the long finish.

Dark amber. Ethereal at first with chocolate mint, chamomile and a hint of yellow fruit. Fresh and sweet on the palate at first, with melon and apricot notes coming through. Tart wormwood enters the finish and remains well dosed in the long aftertaste.
