Starward betreibt progressives Fassmanagement: Die Fässer werden nur minimal bearbeitet, auch wird der New-Make in die noch feuchten mit Wein getränkten Fässern gefüllt, was für einen einzigartigen Charakter sorgt.

Sweetish nose with notes of red berry, grape and hibiscus flowers, roasted almonds, vanilla and subtle caramel. Soft and sweet on the palate with notes of dried fruit and spices. Finishes harmoniously.
