Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose combines straw, mountain hay, star anise and mint. On the palate again anise freshness, adding water reveals savoury caraway notes and liquorice sweetness. Very well-balanced.
