Earthy, citrusy and with nuances of pine needles, lime peel and juniper, the aroma rises from the glass. Spirited on the palate, slightly peppery and savoury, intense savouriness and notes of citrus. The finish is warming, herbal and dry, the earthy juniper provides a classic freshness.
