Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Powerful aromas of green herbs, juniper and citrus. Intense on the palate too, with noticeable notes of caraway and juniper, savoury and herbal nuances. Hints of orange flash towards the warming, intense finish, with a savouriness and notes of aniseed rounding off the picture.
