Distilled on Sylt in der nördlichsten Distille Deutschlands und Made by the Sea sind bei unserem REED Gin kein Lippenbekenntnis! Unser Gin ist ein echtes Sylter Produkt und besteht zudem aus speziellen Zutaten, die auf der Insel zu Hause sind. Wir kombinieren Salzwiesen-Kräuter,  Meerespflanzen sowie Kräuter aus den Dünenlandschaften. Darüber hinaus nutzen wir Sylter Wasser, welches extrem weich ist und das vollmundige weiche Aroma der Botanicals unterstreicht. Gefiltertes Meerwasser verfeinert mit der leichten Salznote das Geschmackserlebnis im Abgang. Wir verarbeiten Wacholder-Beeren aus dem nördlichsten Vorkommen Europas. In einem privaten Forstgebiet in Schleswig-Holstein dürfen wir diese Besonderheit pflücken und exklusiv als Zutat nutzen. Unser REED Sylt Gin ist ein „Distilled Gin“, was bedeutet, dass alle Aromastoffe  durch einen Destillationsprozess übertragen werden – exklusiv produziert in unserer Distille in Rantum am Hafen. Spicy-herbal fragrance, multi-layered and slightly grassy-algaey, subtly floral. Reminiscent of damp hay. Expressive, savoury on the palate. The juniper comes in the middle section, the finish unfolds slightly peppery and botanical.
