Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fine wood smoke pulls straight into the nose, followed by well-developed grainy notes that result in a harmonious overall picture. Finely nuanced on the palate, malty notes and tart barrel spice are on a par. Present finish with a long aftertaste.
