Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

A sweet, fruity nose with candied orange peel, cinnamon and toffee. More powerful on the palate, the spice seems dry and juniper-led. A zesty freshness rises towards the finish.
