Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Very complex nose with espresso, plus classic malt and oak notes. Light caramel on the very dense and complex palate, with mature oak and and almost peppery spice. Substantial, long finish.
