Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Fresh notes of lemongrass, savoury hints, some earthy juniper and a certain acidity and spiciness define the bouquet. Light acidity again on the palate, very smooth body, with a hint of lemongrass and ginger. When tonic is added, the colour changes to purple, the aroma remains gentle. Some juniper, citrus, spiciness and bitterness alternate.
