Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
Intense, clear nose. Fresh herbal notes, especially wormwood and sage, with floral-fruity nuances of berries, rose petals and herbal extracts. Emphatically sweet on the palate, again showing almost too intense notes of ripe berries. The berry notes linger on the palate for a long time and are only replaced by a savoury bitterness on the finish.
