Transparent, clear, well flowing. Initially grassy and slightly floral notes on the nose, then clear aromas of thyme, rosemary and gentian. Soft and balanced on the palate, taste and alcoholic notes are in balance. Very fresh and balanced in the finish, very pleasant to drink.
