Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

A wood fire aroma soars from the glass, followed by dried fruits, some tropical notes and cardamom. Surprisingly sweet on the palate, the maltiness comes through in full. With a little water, the oaky aromas rise with a peppery note.
