Tasting Notes

96
Tasting from 31.10.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Alexander Thürer

Initially subtle on the nose, but with a little time the typical cooking agave notes unfold, along with nuances of pepper, slightly earthy tones and some citrus. Powerful on the palate with dense agave notes, again some pepper and a good spiciness. Gentle mouthfeel that lasts until the dry, balanced finish, which once again brings fine cooking agave.
